I could have bought and read this Barron's IELTS book for myself. Most slides were just passages from the book, made with PowerPoint. When explaining question types, you could highlight keywords or use color coding. While teaching listening, you could make us listen to some parts. Overall, videos were very repetitive and boring. In the end, some mock tests could be useful for us, too. I would expect more from a university course.

At the end of the course, I was asked to take a mock reading test, which took me 1 hour, as required. But when I came back to do the grading section, it said it was locked, now I cannot get my certificate :( Too bad!

It's great for learners to understand the requirements of IELTS writing. It would be even better if they provided more IELTS-like practice exercises.

The course provides tips and tricks only. The exams didn't check reading skills, So We can't entirely rely on the course.

More practice material could be given and thoroughly lessons should be taught and solved for better practices.

Very basic level course. It must have included at least three (3) real time IELTS mock tests for practice.

Adding some graded exercises as a mock test for hands-on practice would be great!

There are no practical exercises in this course. The instructor only reads the slides and gives basic information about the exam. Nobody should pay for this course.
