Very good course. You get to learn a lot about yourself from this course. The information given here cannot be easily found in daily life but needs to be searched for.

The is a wonderful learning and the interview with Gabrienle Oettingen made me have a good discussion with my family. Our conclusion is using WOOP first and then PDCA

There is no way you wont be changes after completing this course. Very eye opening. Should really be taught to preteen/ teenagers; as it has many helpful life skills.
