The course is really nice. I havent completed the last assignment as recording 2 coaching conversations felt a little bit controversial. I appreciate that in academic projects it is a common practice to get interviews as a source of primary data but you do that with a full written concent and you dont disclose the recordings.

It would be important to provide information about the final assignment in the course description.
The course would REALLY benefit from a few support resources / handouts, describing the coaching techniques, the tools, type of coaching approaches, types of questions, dos and don't, examples,... Most of the content is delivered through simple examples - it's hard to get much structure from that.
Several of the examples videos give a patronizing image of coaching, where everything is simple, and people need to just fix themselves. E.g. telling us that one should not even consider the schedule adjustment request from the mother struggling to come on time - what's that about? Making a point?
The overall tone of the course is patronizing - maybe it's a cultural thing. At the end of this course, my interest in coaching is frankly less than it was at the beginning.

I appreciated this course and found the content valuable. However, I faced significant difficulty with the final graded assignment, which required submitting an audio or video recording. As someone currently unemployed, I enrolled in this course to improve my job prospects, but I was unable to create the required audio/video content, and no alternative written option was offered. Additionally, I had not received any response from course staff regarding this issue. I have completed all modules and assignments, yet because of this last assignment, my efforts feel largely wasted. I hope that in the future, more flexible submission options or support can be provided to accommodate learners facing such challenges.

Please rethink the mandatory submissions of the final milestone as they are not DEI friendly. Deaf people for instance can submit written coaching dialogue but not audio or video.
