The course was great. However, getting access to some articles or videos from other websites was impossible during the course. I think that if we pay for the courses and the school send us some articles to read from other websites like SHRM and Linkedln, they should make sure to allow us to access those videos and articles. Those websites require payments before reading the articles which I think is not serious. You need to solve this to allow students to have full course without interruptions.

Human Resource Analytics (HR Analytics) is a powerful tool that can revolutionize how organizations manage their workforce. By leveraging data-driven insights, HR teams can make more informed decisions, improve employee engagement and retention, and ultimately drive better business outcomes. But also, there are some material I have read and on your site it has showed on your site I did not read or watched the video.

Course was helpful in understanding the HR metrics, Data pointers, HR Analyitcs.

Understanding the types of metrics, Challenges that can occur during pointing the metrics.

Course made me understand the Story telling aspects & measurements to be taken during story telling.

Handson experience in jotting the metrics & analytics would have been more helpful.

It would've been better if the certificate had our names instead of 'Coursera learner'. The entire course was very helpful, especially the last module where we learned more about how to build a business case. This, in my opinion, has very wide implications not just professionally, but personally as well.

But in certificate I'm not be able to see my name that's why I'm giving a 4 stars rather then this thing. This course provide a very helpful knowledge for my carrier to become a HR in future.

The first module was so dry! but others were far more interesting. There were quite a few of the readings that didn't work. Also top tip from me to you need to ensure the videos quality is at 720p as at 520p default it sounded like a Darlic.

There were some great materials and I learned a lot. On the other hand since it was not updated recently, few links did not work, run to error404 and one article cannot be reached from Coursera because it was only available for subscribers.

This Course have adequate tools to initite the analytical part in an HR Organisation. However, the course was recommended to have some example of how to prepare a Dashboard/ Scorecard and some real time case studies based on use of metrics

I like how it was straightforward and contained a lot of great information. Took one star off because I felt like the lecturer wasn't fully prepared, like as if she was reading off a script without knowing what she is talking about.

Very interesting and complete course. Personally, I missed a bit of the practical part, learning to actually perform some data analysis and make decisions baed on them, since most of the content was mostly theoretical.
